ABOUT

IPOSOL

Modern consumers receive approx. 70% of their daily salt intake from industrially produced foods. Both the United Nations, national governments, health authorities and an increasing number of consumers have recognized the harm done to public health caused by high salt intake.

Studies in Europe have shown that reduced salt consumption in the world can prevent up to 2.5 million deaths a year. Reducing salt intake by just 3 grams (equivalent to half a teaspoon) a day, can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure.

IPOSOL is an innovative salt solution naturally made of water and sea salt, which through a physical process maintains the flavour of the salt but with a significantly lower sodium level.

  • The innovative element of IPOSOL is the high exaltation of taste without the use of any chemical additive.

  • IPOSOL can replace the traditional salt in all its uses.

  • IPOSOL is available in IBC container suitable for industrial processes such as preparation of product low in sodium.

  • IPOSOL is produced in Denmark.
